Our prices are quite important to us but they’re vital to you. We’ve kept them down to what we think is affordable. But you can let us know about that.

A FastProof order corrects up to a generous 2000 words*. That’s about seven A4 pages for $25.00. GST brings it up to $28.75.
If you want more proofreading, you buy another 2000 words. Then another, and so on. You can order them all together or one a month or whatever you like. We’re happy for your orders to increase but, at some point, we also expect that you’ll be asking us to sharpen our pencil — and we’re ready for that. If you regularly produce large documents, you need to talk to us.
* We allow each order an extra 100 words without charge, to avoid little arguments over the word count. For example, up to 3100 words (by our count) are charged as 3000; 7100 words are charged as 7000. Quantities are rounded to the next thousand — if there are more than 3100 in a job, we charge it as 4000.
